This is a very long shot...

Back in the day I used to ride an RD350LC, that I regret ever selling. I just looked up the reg number and my bike is still in existence and has been SORNed earlier this year.

This is the long shot bit - does anyone know anyone who might know the owner of A601 SGT, and if they aren't using it, do they want to sell?

That's

A601 SGT

It's a black RD350LC but is registered as being white. I'm not sure if it's changed colour or a mistake in the reg.

Please boost!

@Naich Those were one of the nicest bikes back then....when Yamaha was in top form of almost everything they came out with.
@VDA It was an absolute hooligan bike. If you had sat mother Theresa on it she would have been popping wheelies within 10 minutes.
@Naich Short fork rake will do that for you. I just remember it was one of those bikes that sounded bigger and badder than it was (for it's displacement), especially with the right exhaust....
@VDA The handling was brilliant. People used to put a YPVS engine in an LC frame to get the best of both worlds. It was quick and you could learn it over until the centre stand was scraping along the road. It was surprisingly forgiving. I think it was the only bike I never came off, weirdly.
