2/ SOTA reports on a Crimean Russian soldier on rotation – who it says served in the Ukrainian army from 2008-14 – who was sent home while on rotation from the front line after expressing discontent about the "special military operation" and his commanders.

He and other soldiers were interviewed by military psychologists, following which he was ordered to take leave and return home for a week. According to his wife Zhanna:

4/ The FSB reportedly now wants to speak with him about his previous service with the Ukrainian army. It's not clear whether his sentiments are more widely shared in the Russian army, but it wouldn't be surprising.

В «Соту» обратилась жена одного из военнослужащих, вернувшихся с войны в Украине. От ее мужа требуют явиться в отделение ФСБ после опроса у психолога на тему отношения к «спецоперации» Жанна (имя изменено) рассказала нам, что ее муж проходил беседу с психологами после ротации в зоне боевых действий. В результате этого разговора его отправили в отпуск на неделю и вернули домой. Как рассказал своей семье военнослужащий, на беседе у него и его сослуживцев спрашивали об их отношении к «спецоперации» и к действиям командиров в разных ситуациях. «Мой муж прямолинейный и взбалмошный и высказал свою позицию касательно всей этой войны, что местное население против оккупации, что кадыровцы и другие "элитные" подразделения живут в отелях, а обычные солдаты в бараках, в ужасных условиях, без обеспечения и продовольствия», — поделилась Жанна. Мужчину вызвали в местный отдел ФСБ для «прохождения собеседования по поводу службы в период с 2008 по 2014 года», когда воинская часть в Крыму, в которой он служил, еще принадлежала…
