@drericding @mikey at this point, the best outcome is to depart Twitter and let it stew in its own echo chamber of lies and disinformation. The advertisers will leave and we can just let it fail financially. Don't see any other viable option given current leadership. Mastodon as a distributed system is a better long term model and has the opportunity to truly create a global news and communication platform that can not be controlled by any one oligarch, government, or bad actor
