Oath Keepers' founder Elmer Stuart Rhodes has been found guilty of seditious conspiracy. That's a start. What about the higher-ups--including the highest higher-up--who helped incite the day's events? Weary eyes turn to special counsel Jack Smith.
The Justice Dept has been doing a very systematic job of building cases up the line.
