@TheSpaceshipper The utilitarian design of Alien (and Blade Runner, for that matter) is just head and shoulders above so many sci-fi films. Nobody needs transparant, blue screens while sitting at a desk in the freaking year 2300. But this, these films, they make sense as they are nowhere near that far into the future and just... thought out designwise. Chef's kiss 👌
