None of Donald Trump's 2024 GOP rivals has had the courage to condemn his antisemitism.

Let's be clear. One sign your party has embraced full on fascism is when denouncing Nazis is more dangerous politically than dining with Nazis.

Media needs to treat the GOP accordingly.

@QasimRashid DeSantis has had ample opportunity to denounce Nazis in Florida and does nothing every time.
@Drdind @QasimRashid DeSantis governs a state with a fairly large Jewish population in North Dade, Miami Beach, Broward, and Boca Raton. So his silence is deafening and inexcusable. He’s certainly not leadership material if that’s who Republicans are looking at as more acceptable than Trump.
@KarenFDuncan105 @Drdind @QasimRashid DeSatan tampered with the midterms and needs to be investigated especially the high Jewish population areas where votes need a recount.
@QasimRashid I just saw a post majority of US media is owned by Republicans
So the US media won't be criticising them unfortunately
@Debhruin @QasimRashid oh but media is all fake and liberal. That’s always been a load of BS. Media is owned by the wealthy and very few are liberal.
@QasimRashid the truth is we find these as flaws but they find them as features. I’m not sure I believe any of the ones that spoke out against him.
@QasimRashid Didn't Christie and Hutchinson (I agree Pompeo doesn't get credit).
@QasimRashid
And yet, Republicans argue that liberals and leftists are the "real Nazis," because apparently, only Nazis would criticize Nazis in public. Or something like that. Honestly, their excuses are becoming less coherent all the time.
@QasimRashid The GOP is the official party of Nazis, period.
@QasimRashid The media nowadays is complicit for ratings
@QasimRashid just watched an interesting interview on #NewsNation with #MikePence and surprising denouncement. It’s a start.
@QasimRashid the media is saying there's a "backlash." How can you have a backlash when he's been telling us for years that this is who he is.
@QasimRashid it is not a lack of courage and we all know it. We know the real reason for their reticence, and it’s time everyone stopped tiptoeing around it; there is no redemption arc for these people, stop giving them an out.
@QasimRashid The GOP does not denounce nazis because that is their base. You don't alienate your base.
@QasimRashid it’s probably rooted in the American idea that Christians are generally “good” when a core belief of theirs is that everyone else, including (if not especially) Jews, are satanic and destined for hell.
We have to stop letting them be called good people when that is their view.
How can American media parse this?
@QasimRashid For interesting background on USA situtation suggest BBC Radio 4 "Bad Blood: The Story of Eugenics" and top it up with the Gabriel Gatehouse podcast series "The Coming Storm" from same source.
@QasimRashid For those backing up Trump's claim he didn't know... Ask the what kind of person attracts antisemitics to come to his home so openly?
@QasimRashid The "stable genious" pretends he doesn't know who white supremacist and antisemite Nick Fuentes is?
And Ye? He knows who he is and invites him to dinner anyway?

Jewish conservatives condemn Trump for meeting antisemite Nick Fuentes

Mike Pence, Chris Christie and several Republican senators were also critical, to varying degrees, of former president

The Guardian
@QasimRashid bravo! u captured the dynamic perfectly.
