@gunnard @QasimRashid when the issue affects, at a vastly higher proportion primarily minorities, it is a racism issue by definition.
I'm sorry that you don't understand this, but it doesn't change the fact.
I'm too tired to explain how white politicians, enacting policies that primarily affect minorities, monetarily or otherwise, is racist.
