How are you doing? What's your favorite board game?
@Sablebadger I am doing well, thank you for asking.
Work has been crazy for the last couple weeks and I expect will continue to be pretty challenging for the next couple months. Otherwise, life is good.
As for favorite game, I have been having so much fun playing Twilight Imperium. Now that there are more people who know how to play, and I have enough knowledge of the game that I can be a better teacher, we have been having a ton of fun with that.
@rhornbek good to hear that life is good. As for Twilight Imperium, I am the exact opposite type of gamer. I love small easy to learn games, and just don't have the attention span for things like TI. but that's the cool thing about board games, something for everyone!
@Sablebadger oh yeah, I am not historically a TI player, but this has become my TI phase 😆 As for small games, there are lots I love. Some of my favorites are: Lost Legacy, Cockroach Poker, The Crew, Arboretum, Air, Land & Sea, Noir, and probably one of the best new(er) games Bites!
@rhornbek Nice! I've been trying to get Arboretum to the table. I designed a couple dice games if you're interested, Dice of Crowns and Dice of Pirates are mint tin scale dice games that done fairly well.
I'll probably bring a couple small games with me to Thanksgiving to see if I can get my brothers family to play.
