@rbreich how did the wrath of the average worker and the rich progress during the Reagan years? I would have imagined that the disparity started to grow rapidly then with the trickle down economics, deficit spending, union breaking, massive tax cuts for the rich, etc. I am just curious why those years were not part of the statistics that you referenced. Thanks
