Interesting results already. I was thinking that it seemed impossible to me that anyone other than the ultra wealthy had always had stable housing, but the results already refute that.

fwiw, I've been evicted, rented unfinished rooms (basements and garages that didn't have insulation or electricity), and couch surfed.

I've stayed in shelters, but that was optional as I was volunteering to help out at the shelter.

Housing isn’t even a “right” as libs like to say, it’s even more fundamental than that, it’s like, the basic human condition, or it should be… I’ve never been without but even renting and knowing that someone else can demand I move out of my home at any moment on a whim fills me with dread. Hope things are somewhat more stable for you now.
