@indigod no, because admin comes to visit randomly in a team of suits and iPads to write down your every word for 20 min and my teacher anxiety spikes. I’m a great teacher, but I’m human dealing with a room of young humans and a lot of unpredictability. It’s nice to have a few seconds to mentally tell yourself it will be fine and breathe.
@Kristyace Ah, got it. That makes sense. Yeah, being evaluated on the fly I imagine is quite stressful. Knowing you'll always be able to collect yourself first has to be a big relief. Nice kids.
