Susan RubansNick Cave at Hanging Rock last night. So much rain but so enjoyable. Almost three decades of going to see him live.
MsPraxis@susanrubans I was also there. The rain and wind were pretty unpleasant but we huddled in our plastic bags and coped . The sky when it cleared was insane wasn’t it? Gorgeous moon, purple sky, Hanging Rock as the backdrop. So glad we wore gumboots! He was just incredible, as was Warren Ellis. Every song punching right in the feels. My one big gripe is that while the screens were fantastic and the clarity was brilliant, why did they have it in black-and-white? Disappointing.

@susanrubans Fantastic shot! I couldn't see the stage very well from where I was (section B) so the screens were great except for being in b/w, but when I caught glimpses (I had a surprisingly tall Dylan Lewis & his tall mate standing in front of me!), I could see the colours were warm and I wished we could see that on the screen. I wonder if they were making a doco or film clip? But what a night hey?
