Does anybody know of an app to help folks who require #medicin at certain times or intervals per day to adjust to new #timezones?

I take 9 different types of medicin per day as a result of a brain tumor. The dosis and the mix of tablets is time of day dependent. So every long haul I do gets accompanied by an spreadsheet to help me adjust to the new times. Would be handy with an #opensource #app. Any developers willing to work with me on that?

@cjcolclough isn't that just a matter of determining the time zone about: gmt + N to gmt + M ?
@kevix well not entirely. In my case I take a certain mix of things in the morning, a different mix at noon, something in the afternoon and then the evening. Time between afternoon and morning dosis must not exceed 15 hours. But morning Europe is, for example, evening Australia. I can't take morning dosis on arrival to Australia as I then would not be able to sleep. Meaning I wouldn't adjust to local time zone. It's a little more complicated than at first glimpse
@cjcolclough wow. lots of constraints. and you have to move morning from one time zone to another but also have a way to shift your medication from one time zone to answer as part of the move.
@kevix yes exactly. Thinking there must be a formula for making these time transfers easier
@cjcolclough An app is an excellent idea but I’ve not heard of one. If one doesn’t exist, it would be a great project for a post-graduate student project
@keagar it would indeed. Let's get it done!
@cjcolclough , definitely. I’m happy to help
@cjcolclough
Ich kann das Problem gut nachvollziehen. Als Provisorium würde ich einen Timer, der den Abstand der Medikamenteneinnahmen konstant hält, nutzen.
@MagdalenaBerlin yes but as the actual medication dosis and type varies according to whether it's morning, noon, afternoon or evening the timing between this is important but also the time of day. So when I cross time zones the time of day changes. Hence I have to shift everything
@cjcolclough I would create reminders on a calendar. @ProtonCalendar
