About me ..I'm 53, I'm Northern Irish by birth, live in Scotland, my partner is Californian, but lives in Texas, yes its complicated sometimes bit worth it! I'm a nurse who specialises in Bowel Cancer. I'm a mum and a grandma to an adorable boy of 3, he is perfectly autistic and we love him for it. I'm liberal, and a believer in kindness, I'm just a regular person, who cares about the people around her.

@irishangel123 Thank you for what you do. My wife has just been through treatment for rectal cancer for the last year. (We found out the day after American Thanksgiving and she had her last surgery just two weeks shy of Thanksgiving this year.) All the doctors are telling us she is now cured (their word). All of the nurses that have helped take care of her have been beyond amazing. You do a very difficult but incredibly important job. Thank you.
