Wondering if instances could agree to good moderation standards & practices to be listed for onboarding. Instances could then also choose to federate only with those agreeing.

To work, it would require prioritizing experience of marginalized folks & supporting them in development & leadership roles.

Is such a thing possible here or will white technolibertarianism rule the day?
