@mysticpilgrim did that yesterday, but we had to finish it in the oven bc it was too huge and wasn't heating up fast enough for safety. Still, ~4 hrs of smoke was plenty to get the flavor 😋
@TimPurdum In our case, it's been on for around the last 5 hrs. So, not too shabby. I also used a smoke tube to make sure we get plenty of smoke. Applewood all around.
