This service (apparently) allows you to connect a Mastodon account and a Twitter account and enable cross-posting between them. You can choose some options, such as if you want to post boosts, unlisted toots or replies.

@SpennyH yeah it’s on permanently for me now. A lot of my RTs are from the other app, cross-posting over to here. Works great. Small delay sometimes as it runs through the servers, but no problems. Works fine both ways.
