2/ One of the trustees Margaret Ng said the case was "not just about the six of us, or the five trustees, but it is the first time ever that anyone has to face a charge under Societies Ordinance for failing to register."

3/ The consequences of the case, Ng said, was also "extremely important about the freedom of association in Hong Kong under Societies Ordinance."
