Life is hard, so is gamedev. When you feel down and unable to work (from home) maybe try setting a timer for a self-care activity. The timer helps as it releases your brain from the burden of thinking about time. You breath, the phone rings, BIM! Back to work feeling better.
@Pia The pomodoro method includes this to work directly. It looks a bit extreme to me. Have you tried it?
@msk yes! I also have an extreme pomodoro trick do finishi something important. What I tried is not far from it but for beginnings.
