@davidallengreen people could be in groups 1 and 3 if they left Twitter recently. I assume 3 implies no Twitter following history.

@rich @davidallengreen I picked 3, despite previously following on Twitter. I've been unfollowing people there as I find them here, partly to avoid any duplication, and partly to help the person I'm following judge the split of followers. Not sure if that's and edge-case though.
