@neilhimself it’s a funny thing. I’ve lived in big cities all my life—London, Mumbai, Montreal, but I now live in Vancouver.
Here, I look north and I see where the earth meets the sky. On the other side of that line, people get irretrievably lost and they die. I can take a city bus to the wilderness here. That’s how close the wild space is. My soul needs that.
