Smallest number & total funding for DP scheme since at least 2016!

Only 478 DPs funded. Normally ~600 (was 660 before $$ shifted to Linkage Program in '21).

Also lowest number submitted (2588) since at least 2016; still very low success rate (18.5%).

Number of ARC #DiscoveryProjects funded, & total funding, is lowest in 8 years (at least)👇

No inflation, just pure $. So, even compared to 2018 of ($226m), this year's funding of $221m is lower by 10% in real terms.

#DP23 funding down on last year by 15% (no inflation).
