Roger Ernest@geordie I must have had the wrong end of the stick. If people put content that I would find offensive behind a clear CW then that’s totally fine by me. If however I keep seeing content from someone that I find unpleasant then I’m not going to get into it with them I’m just going to block it out. I don’t see it as retaliatory, I’m not going to broadcast it, no one else is to know and the poster won’t even know that I exist. Please bear in mind that what I find offensive is mine alone
@geordie I can never see myself telling someone to start their own instance which, I agree with you is a fuck off. And I wouldn’t bother reporting something unless it was egregious. I’m not a prude. You can post whatever you like within the rules of this instance. Just don’t shove it in my face. Put it behind a clear CW. Is that unreasonable?
