Rajini Rao@ReasonVsFear I get the heron and egret mixed up! A bunch of these roost on trees near our house on a lake in Virginia, egrets I think.
@madamscientist I can understand - it took me a long time to sort them out!
But Egrets are (usually) white, and the Tricolored Heron is the one with the white belly. :)
