Really need a good book to read over vacation. The last two I've found for myself have been disappointing. Prefer non-fiction. Any recommendations? Thanks in advance!

Antifragile
The Way and the Power
Trust Me I’m Lying
The Goal
4 Hour Work Week
Your Money or your Life
My draft of a draft of a book on Finite Event Machines πŸ˜‚

@asher much appreciated! And I would love to read a good draft!

@andrew_peterman it’s in a federated state like mastodon: spread across a miro board, notebooks, post it’s, and some just landed in my dogs mouth πŸ˜‚

One of these days I’ll pull it together a little more and be sure to let you know!

@asher understood! Best of luck with the project and keep us posted. πŸ˜€
@asher I really enjoyed Antifragile. While I found some of the author's statements too generic and certain to take seriously, and some of his analytical methods suspect, I found many of his viewpoints valid and thought inspiring. Thanks for the excellent recommendation!
@andrew_peterman You bet! You can always be certain of the certainty of philosophers πŸ˜‰
@andrew_peterman 3 good ones: The Living Great Lakes, Dispatches from Pluto, and Tip of the Iceberg
@gardenertate The Living Great Lakes is up next! Thx for the recommendation!
