Justice Dept. Seeking to Question Pence in Jan. 6 Investigation

Prosecutors want to speak with the former vice president as a witness to former President Donald Trump’s efforts to remain in power, and he is said to be considering how to respond.

2/ How nice that he's "open to considering..." DOJ can subpoena, so he'll pretty much have to be "open" to that:

"Pence, according to people familiar with his thinking, is open to considering the request, recognizing that the Justice Department’s criminal investigation is different from the inquiry by the House Jan. 6 committee, whose overtures he has flatly rejected."

@GottaLaff Despite claiming they’d never expect a thing like being treated privileged compared to us ordinary, lowly folks, they sure act like they’ve earned it in spades, huh? 🤔
@KayVay Oh puh-leeze, they're the most gleefully hypocritical jerks in the world.
@GottaLaff I will never understand how people don’t see it. I guess seeing only what you want to see is a powerful delusion.

@KayVay People see it and don't care. They're tribal.

And now, because of that, the fascist party is openly hypocritical, openly lying, openly gaslighting... as a strategy.

@GottaLaff you might already but have you ever checked out #TeriKanefield blog? It’s always so insightful and explains it so well.
@KayVay I've followed her since Twitter, yes!
@GottaLaff 👍 sorry, just got done checking on my pumpkin cheesecake, my turkey stock that’s been cooking for the last 3 hours, that sorta thing. I just made myself a cup of tea, for today I quit. Hubby can cook tonight. I’ll have enough to do tomorrow. I wish you a lovely afternoon!
@KayVay Have a dee-lish holiday! Yum.
