A false flag operation would be a Christian fascist shooting up a church and framing Jews or claiming to be Jewish.
That is the sort of thing media could credibly claim to be taken in by.
A third-generation Christian fascist murdering queer people at a drag show while all of conservative media is propagating hate toward drag anything, trans people, and anyone with a more-than-boring gender presentation, and then lawyers claim the murderer identifies as non-binary… that is not a false flag operation.
That is the fascists doing exactly what they want and slapping a pride sticker on afterward, and watching in glee as most media muddies the narrative for them.
Point is the sophistication of this sort of thing will increase. They'll get someone who posts anti-fascist stuff for a week before blowing up a children's hospital.
The organized fascist campaign of terrorism against trans and other queer people in particular has explicitly political ends, is publicly genocidal, and has a large and growing body count.
We must defeat this fascism in the streets, in the media, and in government (abolishing government if needed - #PracticalAnarchism ).
