Does anyone have recommendations for quiet mechanical keyboards? I've come to the conclusion that I type quite loudπŸ˜‚

@katalyst I'm not really a Keyboard Guy, but I was under the impression that the switches are the deciding factor for volume?

Switch Types - Mechanical Keyboard

After finally deciding to go for a mechanical keyboard, another question usually comes up very soon: Which switch type do you want to use? The switches are probably one of the most important parts of the keyboard. Two keyboards from the same model, but with different switch types, can feel quite differently.

@katalyst Don't got for Logitech G910, it's louder than a fighter jet, but that's just the way I like it ... And my colleagues can distinguish my level of rage from the sounds coming from my room πŸ˜„
@katalyst I have the steelseries m750, but it looks like it may not be available on Amazon. Could check at Mediamarkt or similar?
@katalyst I used Zilent switches for a long time. They run real quiet but still feel pretty good.
@katalyst i have an old IBM PS/2 M-series keyboard. And. I. Love. It. #click
@katalyst β€žDas Keyboard Pro 4β€œ?

@katalyst I'm about to build one for an around $150. Full 108 key (not quite sure what the extra 4 keys are for. The gk108), hotswap, maroon with yellow legends keycaps, haven't quite decided on key switches (Kang whites?), o-rings (they mute the bottom out around).

I could always build 2 if you'd like one.
