@backupbear @Emily_S My doctor is from India and did medical school in the UK and I had a conversation the other day where I had to convince him it was OK to not use US spelling all the time. I mean maybe he needs to for a journal article sometimes but he was running a script to change them on his notes and like routine correspondence. I hope he didn't have a bad experience that led to that. :(
