If anyone had any resources they use for helping people make a Code of Conduct or group working agreement, and don’t mind sharing, I would be really interested in seeing what others do. Particularly if aimed at undergraduate and postgraduate project groups where people might not have much prior interaction with each other or experience working in groups.

From memory, this was something that Rachel Hayes-Harb discussed for Project TIER in 2021. I'm sure that she had developed a collaboration agreement that was discussed with students working on a joint activity.
