WayanHey @phatcontroller there doesn't seem to be any Mastodon servers in Africa or South America, and the only ones in Oceania are AU/NZ. Does it matter for #ICT4D? Or could this platform be another digital divide?

@carlchenet @SteveLuke @wayan_vota that's me, although I'm a wee bit behind on updating. It should be noted this is a curated selection but even if it weren't I think it's fair to say Euro-centric. That's been changing in the past two weeks though.
