WizFishPentiment is so smart and different, and I’m really enjoying it- despite the 16th Century Church stuff not necessarily being my bag, I’m continuously impressed by how gripped and invested I am in this tale.
It won’t jive for everyone obviously, so I can’t give a flat recommendation to all players; but if you’re the kind of player that seeks out smart writing, intentional pacing, and super unique experiences… then you’ve just gotta play Pentiment. It more than delivers on all those counts.
