Rebecca Natow@qjurecic Glad I'm not the only one who has experienced this! It also seems to have an "in crowd" feeling, like a lot of celebrities greeting each other and saying how great the place is. Meanwhile I can't find many of my Tweeps, LOL
Daecar@rebeccanatow @qjurecic I got on as well. I feel like they might have initially prioritized invitations for twitter users with larger followings (or which I am definitely not one). So when some of us plebs did squeak in, it felt like we got into an exclusive party. But as the post updates said, it was kept small because the system still had bugs begging worked out. This is pretty visibility within a few hours of being on there. Nevertheless, personally I do find it less confusing than mastodon. (But I signed up for mastodon on the app which was apparently a mistake.) anyway now they are letting more and more invitations into Post and you can see it open up.

CaliGirl@qjurecic wow I don't think so. I found Post had barely any learning curve where Mastodon confuses the hell out of me. But I'm going to stick with both since I tend to be like that 😉

@brendannyhan huh. I wonder what I'm missing? everyone has the same feed, right? and the search function doesn't work yet so you can't search people to follow. granted, those things will be fixed in the beta, so I don't want to be too cranky! but it's hard for me to see the usefulness as is
