@shplink Deaf Kids, Big Brave, Controlled Bleeding, Crash Worship, Godflesh - lots of heavy, percussion, industrial, verging on noise at times, definitely wake up and thump stuff.

I have a "Wake the F*&k Up" playlist which will benefit by some additions from yours.
Though sometimes I just let the Universe decide what I should wake up to. That's a risky proposition if something like Johann Johannssen is on queue!
@shplink i tend to start the day slowly and grudgingly and with podcasts. Only once I'm awake enough do I start with music.
