Windows 11 now begs me to use a Microsoft account... even though I had this local account for ~2 years now. Ugh.
CtrlAltDel -> Log Off seemed to do the trick, but this is still scummy ngl.

Make sure you create a local account without a password, or it will force you to set up security questions and answers. Once you're logged in to the local account, you can create a proper local account using net user, and remove the first account.

How can I set up Windows 11 22H2 with a local account?

After installing Windows 11 22H2, the wizard forces me to connect to the Internet and use a Microsoft Online Account. Is it possible to bypass it and use a local account?
