Chloe A.Windows 11 now begs me to use a Microsoft account... even though I had this local account for ~2 years now. Ugh.
CtrlAltDel -> Log Off seemed to do the trick, but this is still scummy ngl.

Make sure you create a local account without a password, or it will force you to set up security questions and answers. Once you're logged in to the local account, you can create a proper local account using net user, and remove the first account.
