Settle a family discussion: can a berry pie sit out cooked from Tuesday night till Thursday? Or do I actually have to cook it Wed? #thanksgivingprep #pie #pietime

Or should I make the pie and freeze it fully/formed before baking? I basically just don’t want to be making a pie Wed night

@gurftastic I suggest freezing and then baking from frozen if you want the best crust. You can bake it Tuesday for Thursday if you want, but then your crust, even well baked, will have time to absorb fruit juices and soften.
