Hey everyone, it appears there are now at least 8 members of congress on Mastodon and I see our first committee.

I've confirmed 5 accounts and am waiting for a response from the other 3.

If politicians want a Mastodon account for official use they should use money out of their budgets to set up a single user instance, and not put the administrative, legal, and financial load on volunteers and donors who may not agree with their positions, or even be a citizen of the nation they represent.
