Exported my "Following_accounts.csv" list from my old server and imported it into my new server. Easy peasey. Then I checked my total account follows and... about half of what it should be. So I just went through my (relatively short) list of 139 follows and grabbed the ones I could. Some popped up with a simple name search. Some required a full name at server search. Some couldn't be found at all. @augustepdx rolled a natural 20 on stealth. Completely un-searchable.
