A friend of mine who uses a mac is not particularly IT skilled. In addition to that she obviously has several peers who unintentionally send virus infected or phishing mails and she gets nervous everytime.

I don't know much about macs. Do you mac users recommend antivirus or anti malware apps and if so, which would you recommend?
