@Geri However, to be fair, the wonderful Alex is not going to receive an automatic yellow card from FIFA which means she can’t appear in the next program if she get’s another one. If Kane or Bale do this, they may be, which reduces the chances of progressing. It’s FIFA who are wrong & corrupt, & caved to pressure, the players are just trying to win a tournament, which should never have been held there in the first place.

You are asking them to curtail their trade when they are quite prepared to show solidarity but are being told they can’t by the body that runs their sport. If you want to criticise anybody, then it should be FIFA who have put them in the position in the first place, & who took Quatari money to place the tournament there in the first place. A rock & a hard place springs to mind.
