@agreenberg I finished reading the book this Saturday and I am still blown away.
2 observations stick with me:
- businesses can be highly successful (though illegal) even though 100% of the workforce is working remotely. Bosses who claim otherwise solve for a different problem.
- follow the money has its limits when it comes to online hate crimes. That comes, unfortunately to often "for free".
