Thorsten Leemhuis (acct. 3/4)@ju916 bin auch kein Experte, aber geht wohl so: erst auf den hashtag klicken und anschließend auf den "Folgen" Knopf oben rechts.
Hab gehört, das sei neu, weiß nicht, wie gut das klappt.
