There's nothing wrong with piano and soccer. Those are wonderful, enriching activities. But if your kid can't cook by age 15, you're setting them up to fail as an adult.
The LizEven if you assume your kids will inherit enough generational wealth to always employ servants (which is a stretch for most Americans), your kid needs to know how to take care of the basics like feeding themself and washing their clothes.
