If I didn’t have twitter I’d have died, as this time last year @JuliaBradbury posted a tweet with info about ovarian cancer & I ticked every box and got a blood test at GP & caught it at stage 3 -which was late enough. I would never have questioned these symptoms otherwise

@Janeygodley I'd suggest the lifesaver was following people who shared helpful content and particularly great of Julia to share her story. Twitter has been great for the people more than the tech. What Musk is doing may not break the tech but it threatens the community spirit and willingness of people to share
