@jenniferleekw so what do you think the purpose of valuation is for a deteriorating, used, aging widget (whose systems grow less efficient and less reliable with use and age) is?
It’s not improving as a widget over time, so why should it appreciate?
I mean, do #RealEstate people ever think about these issues or are they merely chasing capitalism and the highest closing amount (over all other ethical issues)?
These are questions to consider, not attacks. #Housing #WealthInequity
