An Extreme Sense of WellbeingI've created profiles on a few different servers, trying to figure out which little corner of the fediverse to call my own. Y'all, it's not even close. This is the only feed I can scroll down and truly appreciate what I read.
@SelectionDemon Do you have any experience with moving to a new server? Any disadvantages? I might move to neurodifferent.me.
@obrerx no personal experience yet but I think it can be relatively painless! You would sign up for an account at the new server, go to the account settings and go through the steps for “moving from another account”. On the old server, you’d do the same but “moving to another account”. That will transfer your followers but not your posts, so that’s probably the biggest downside. Think you can export a list of folks you follow and have to manually re-follow them.
