May I make a suggestion? It can feel weird here at first. I think if you have just joined, engage with those you follow. You will be seen and will get involved in the conversation. Remember to not just like toots, but to also boost. I have tried to follow back everyone that has followed me.

Please follow new accounts, don’t leave them lonely. We want them all to stay so we should be supporting everyone making the leap from Twitter to Mastodon. It’s logical 🖖

@SpockResists Can I ask a question? Why in my feed, does it list every post those I follow have posted one after the other...? Like I follow a few who have tweeted or posted 5 things today and they are listed one after the other. It is kind of annoying.... is there a way to just see more activity from people in general?

@Southern7 I use the Metatext app. It gives you three different feeds. I mostly use the one for followers/follows etc

@SpockResists am now on the #Explore feed and I really like that. It is most like twitter to me. I'll figure this out eventually! thank you for the response.
