Toad Kingi think my downstairs neighbors run heat like crazy because it's below freezing outside but if i don't crack a window my apartment reaches 80°F

@GodofGrunts i did move so i can control _my_ room but unfortunately warm air rises. at least i know for sure my room isn't the problem anymore.
