As part of the Special Master process, DOJ got Trump to confirm certain details, including dates, about a "mini smoking gun" that was in a desk drawer in his office. Which means he has helped DOJ prepare to interview whatever witness had control over that desk drawer.

I wonder what Kash Patel will reveal, or attempt to conceal, about his being a witness to documents. Due to his being designated a representative to the National archives by the orange menace.

I suspect Kash will be included in charges before long.

edit: I forgot Kash has already been granted immunity in testifying! Ha! Point still stands about whether he'll admit to witnessing post-presidency classified docs, and why he chose to not reveal them.
