From a front garden, sunflowers which spent their short lives stretching towards the sun now hang their heads into the evening - their faces dark, and petals burnt-edged-paper dry.
Greg@mirandakeeling mine mostly looking like poo on a stick apart from just one, which has keeled over to rest on a handy shrub and put all its effort into three small lovely, glowing yellow flowers.
